AgraCat was an importer of Chinese tractors in the United States during the early 2000s. Established in 1999 in Farmington, Arkansas, AgraCat faced financial challenges, prompting them to collaborate with AFS in 2002, which began to take a significant role in the company's operations. By 2004, AgraCat filed for bankruptcy, and AFS went on to form Montana Tractors, incorporating many of AgraCat's employees and dealers.
