Big Bud

Big Bud Tractors Inc. originated from the Wagner tractor dealership located in Havre, Montana, in 1961. The company specialized in producing heavy-duty, high-horsepower tractors equipped with industrial engines mounted on custom-designed frames. Big Bud introduced several advancements in heavy-duty tractors, such as tilt cabins and a skid system for engine removal. In 1985, the company was acquired by the Messner Brothers. However, production began to decline in the late 1980s, and the final Big Bud tractor was completed in 1992.
