Bolens G16X1 1663

The Bolens G16X1 is a garden tractor produced from 1982 to 1983 as part of the Medium Frame Series. It features a 16 hp Tecumseh OH160 453cc 1-cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine with electric start. The tractor has a Peerless belt-driven 4-speed transmission with 1 reverse gear, two-wheel drive, manual steering, and band brakes. It includes an open operator station and optional sleeve hitch. The G16X1 has a wheelbase of 49 inches, weighs 703 lbs, and rides on 16x6.50-8 front and 23x8.50-12 rear lawn/turf tires. Electrical system is 12 volts with a 53 AH battery and negative ground. PTO is mid-mounted, independent with an electric clutch. Attachments include 42" and 48" mid-mount mower decks, a 38" single-stage front-mount snowblower, and a 42" front-mount blade. The G16X1 succeeded the Bolens G16XL model.
