J.I. Case L

The J.I. Case L is a standard-tread farm tractor produced from 1929 to 1940 by J.I. Case in Racine, Wisconsin, USA. It features a 6.6L 4-cylinder distillate engine with an estimated 50 hp engine power. The tractor has a 3-speed gear transmission with mechanical wet disc clutch, two-wheel drive, and manual steering. It was available with an open operator station or a steel cab. The L model was built in large numbers with 31,678 units produced and was originally priced at $1,500 in 1940.
