J.I. Case S

The J.I. Case S was a standard-tread tractor produced from 1941 to 1952 in Racine, Wisconsin, USA. It was the fixed-wide-front version of the S series, with the SC variant being the row-crop version. It featured a 4-cylinder liquid-cooled gasoline engine available in 2.5L and later 2.7L displacements, a 4-speed unsynchronized mechanical wet disc clutch transmission, and a Case Eagle Hitch. The tractor had a drawbar power of 16 hp and belt power of 21 hp, with a weight of 4376 lbs. It had two-wheel drive, manual steering, disc brakes, and an open operator station with a steel pan seat.
