CaseIH 9260

The CaseIH 9260 is a four-wheel drive (4WD) tractor produced from 1990 to 1995 as part of the 9200 Series. Built in Fargo, North Dakota, USA, it was one of the last rigid-frame 4WD tractors with four-wheel steering, following the style of the large J.I. Case "crab steer" tractors. It features a Cummins 10.0L 6-cylinder turbocharged aftercooled diesel engine producing 300 hp, paired with a 12-speed full power shift transmission. The tractor has a four-wheel hydrostatic power steering system and a standard cab with air-conditioning, with an optional deluxe cab available. It has a fuel capacity of 200 gallons and a hydraulic system capacity of 18 gallons. The tractor's dimensions include a 124-inch wheelbase, 250.3-inch length, and a weight of 22,000 lbs. It uses 20.8-38 tires on both front and rear. The 9260 model was offered alongside articulated and other variants in the 9200 Series.
