The CaseIH Farmall 50 was produced from 2008 to 2011 as part of the Farmall Compact Series. It is a compact utility tractor built by Shibaura and distributed by CaseIH. The Farmall 50 was originally named the DX50 and was available in two basic versions: an economy version with ROPS and 12-speed shuttle transmission, and a deluxe version with CVT, cab, higher lift capacity, and optional mid PTO. It features a Shibaura 2.2L 4-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine producing 50 hp gross, with PTO power up to 44.64 hp tested. Transmission options include a 12-speed synchro shuttle and a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The tractor has four-wheel drive, hydrostatic power steering, wet disc brakes, and a two-post foldable ROPS or cab with air conditioning on CVT models.
