CaseIH Farmall 50

The CaseIH Farmall 50 was produced from 2008 to 2011 as part of the Farmall Compact Series. It is a compact utility tractor built by Shibaura and distributed by CaseIH. The Farmall 50 was originally named the DX50 and was available in two basic versions: an economy version with ROPS and 12-speed shuttle transmission, and a deluxe version with CVT, cab, higher lift capacity, and optional mid PTO. It features a Shibaura 2.2L 4-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine producing 50 hp gross, with PTO power up to 44.64 hp tested. Transmission options include a 12-speed synchro shuttle and a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The tractor has four-wheel drive, hydrostatic power steering, wet disc brakes, and a two-post foldable ROPS or cab with air conditioning on CVT models. Hydraulics provide a pump flow of 9.8 gpm and total flow of 14.9 gpm. The rear hitch is type I with position control and lift capacity up to 2,800 lbs on CVT models. PTO options include independent rear PTO (540 rpm) and optional mid PTO (2000 rpm) with CVT. Dimensions include a 73.5 inch wheelbase, length of 125.2 inches, width of 66.6 inches minimum, and height of 95 inches with ROPS or 90.79 inches with cab. Shipping weight ranges from 3,522 to 4,136 lbs depending on configuration. Tire options cover agricultural, lawn/turf, and industrial types. Attachments include the L350 front-end loader with 2,000 lbs lift capacity and 105 inch lift height. Electrical system features a negative ground, alternator charging system with 40 to 75 amps depending on model, 600 CCA battery at 12 volts.
