The CaseIH MX120 Maxxum is a farm tractor produced from 1997 to 2002 as part of the Maxxum Series. It features a 120 hp turbocharged 5.9L 6-cylinder diesel engine with direct injection and Bosch fuel system. The tractor offers multiple transmission options including 16-speed synchromesh, 16-speed partial power shift, and 32-speed creeper. It supports two- or four-wheel drive with electrically-actuated wet disc differential lock and power steering. The hydraulic system is closed center pressure flow compensated with a capacity of 17.5 gallons and pressure of 2950 psi. The tractor hitch is electronic lower link controlled with a rear lift capacity up to 9,717 lbs optional. The MX120 has a 72-gallon fuel tank and weighs between 11,300 to 12,460 pounds depending on configuration. Attachments include Case IH L300 loaders with various lift and breakout capacities.
