CaseIH Steiger 550 Quadtrac

The CaseIH Steiger 550 Quadtrac is an articulated crawler tractor produced from 2011 onwards. It features an Iveco 12.9L 6-cylinder diesel engine with 550 hp rated power and a maximum power of 605 hp. The tractor uses a 16-speed full power shift transmission with electro-hydraulic wet disc clutch. It has a wheelbase of 154 inches and weighs 53,804 lbs, with a ballasted weight of 56,000 lbs. The hydraulic system is a closed center pressure flow compensated type with multiple flow options. The rear hitch is a 4N type with a lift capacity of 19,728 lbs. The rear PTO is independent and rated at 1000 rpm. Electrical system includes a 200 amp alternator and two 12 volt batteries.
