The Caterpillar D10N is a bulldozer produced from 1987 to 1996 by Caterpillar. It features a powerful 27.0L 12-cylinder turbocharged aftercooled diesel engine delivering 557 hp gross and 520 hp net. The tractor uses a 3-speed power shift transmission and crawler drive with two-stage planetary final drives. It has a variety of track widths and dimensions, with operating weights up to 141,898 lbs including attachments. The D10N supports front-mount blades such as the 191" 10SU and 207" 10U models with hydraulic lift.
