Caterpillar D2

The Caterpillar D2 is an industrial crawler tractor produced from 2020 onward. It features a Caterpillar 3.6L 4-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine delivering 92 hp (68.6 kW) net power. The tractor uses a hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse speeds. It has a crawler drive with double-reduction outboard planetary final drives and a four-post ROPS with an optional air-conditioned cab. Fuel capacity is 51.5 gallons (194.9 L) with additional capacities for exhaust fluid and hydraulic system. The D2 offers standard and low ground pressure (LGP) track options with detailed dimensions and weights. Electrical system includes a 150 amp alternator and two 12-volt batteries.
