Caterpillar D5H

The Caterpillar D5H is a bulldozer manufactured by Caterpillar from 1985 to 1996. It features a Caterpillar 7.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine producing 129 gross horsepower and 120 net horsepower. The tractor offers two transmission options: a 6-speed direct drive and a 3-speed power shift, both with an oil capacity of 118.4 quarts. It has a crawler drive with single-reduction planetary final drives and a two-post ROPS with an optional air-conditioned cab. The D5H has a fuel capacity of 65 gallons and a hydraulic system capacity of 18.5 gallons with load sensing hydraulics operating at 3000 psi. The tractor weighs between 21,890 and 27,530 pounds depending on configuration and runs on 20-inch wide tracks.
