Claas Axion 960

The Claas Axion 960 is a row-crop tractor in the Axion 900 Series produced from 2018 onward. It features a powerful FPT 8.7L 6-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engine with Tier IV emissions compliance, delivering up to 438.5 hp (327.0 kW) maximum power. The tractor uses a CMATIC continuously variable transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears. It includes four-wheel drive, power steering, wet disc brakes, and a cab with air-conditioning. Hydraulics are load sensing with 3 to 8 valves and pump flow options up to 58.1 gpm (219.9 lpm). The rear hitch is category III/IV with a lift capacity of 16954 lbs (7690 kg). PTO options include independent rear PTO with 1000 rpm standard and optional 540E/1000 and 1000E/1000 speeds, plus a front PTO at 1000 rpm. Dimensions include a 124 inch (314 cm) wheelbase and 226.1 inch (574 cm) length.
