The Craftsman 917.27501 is a garden tractor produced from 2001 to 2002 as part of the GT 3000 Series, built by AYP and distributed by Craftsman (a part of Sears). It features a 23 hp Kohler CV674 671cc 2-cylinder air-cooled vertical-shaft V-Twin gasoline engine with electric start and a 3.5 gallon fuel tank. The transmission is a 6-speed belt-driven gear type with 6 forward and 2 reverse gears. It has two-wheel drive, manual steering, and an open operator station. Optional sleeve hitch is available. The tractor includes an independent mid PTO with electric clutch. Electrical system is 12 volts with negative ground.
