GBT Industries produced compact tractors in Madison, Wisconsin, during the mid-1970s. Founded by Jerry Boesch and Jim Gnewuch in 1975, the company introduced the GBT-2000, a cultivating tractor inspired by the Allis G. The later models, GBT-3000 and GBT-4000, were designed as utility tractors, although it seems the GBT-4000 may not have gone into production. By 1978, GBT had ceased tractor assembly and transitioned to distributing imported Pasquali tractors.
