Happy Farmer

Happy Farmer began manufacturing tractors in Minneapolis in 1916. Shortly afterward, the company was restructured as the La Crosse Tractor Company through a merger with the Sta-Rite Engine Company. It continued to produce tractors under the Happy Farmer brand until 1921. Oshkosh Tractor expressed interest in acquiring the company and relocating production, but the agreement was never finalized, leading to the cessation of Happy Farmer's operations.
