Farm Tractors

Hart-Parr

Hart-Parr was established in 1901 by engineering students Charles Hart and Charles Parr at the University of Wisconsin. They were among the early innovators in gasoline tractor design. In 1903, Hart-Parr became the first American company to manufacture gasoline tractors and may also be recognized as the first globally, as the English firm Ivel began production that same year. In 1929, Hart-Parr merged with Oliver Chilled Plow to create the Oliver Company.
