John Deere STX30
The John Deere STX30 was the smallest lawn tractor in the John Deere line during its production from 1989 to 1993. It was built in Horicon, Wisconsin, USA. The tractor featured a 9 hp Kohler 398cc 1-cylinder gasoline engine, a 5-speed Peerless 920 belt-driven gear transmission, and two-wheel drive with manual sector-and-pinion steering. It had integral mechanical disc brakes and an open operator station with a foam-padded seat. The STX30 had a mid PTO with an electric clutch. Dimensions included a 44.69 inch wheelbase, 60 inch length, 43.5 inch width, and 38.6 inch height at the steering wheel, weighing 417 lbs. Tires were 13x5-6 front and 18x6.5-8 rear.
