The Kubota L1-20 is a compact utility tractor produced from 1983 to 1985 as part of the L1 Series. It features a Kubota D1402 1.4L 3-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine producing 19.7 hp (14.7 kW) at 2500 RPM. The tractor offers a 16-speed shuttle transmission with dry disc clutch and forward speeds 20% faster than reverse. Available in two- or four-wheel drive variants, it has wet disc brakes and an open operator station.
