Le Roi

Le Roi, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, produced engines for various industrial uses. In 1940, the company acquired Centuar Tractor Corporation, which built a range of industrial tractors powered by Le Roi engines. Among these was the notable Le Roi Tractair line, which featured a six-cylinder engine where four cylinders provided power while two operated as an air compressor. In 1954, Le Roi was acquired by Westinghouse (WABCO), and tractor manufacturing came to an end in the 1960s.
