McCulloch Motors was a manufacturer of small engines and outdoor tools. Established in Milwaukee in 1943 by Robert McCulloch, the company achieved significant success with its lightweight chainsaw engines. McCulloch later diversified its product line to include outdoor tools, outboard motors, and aviation equipment. In the 1960s, they became the first company in the U.S. to import Kubota tractors, which they rebranded with the McCulloch name. However, by the 1970s, Kubota began marketing its products in the U.S. under its own brand. Today, McCulloch operates under the ownership of Husqvarna.
