MTD 912

The MTD 912 is a garden tractor produced from 1977 to 1980 as part of the 900 Series. It features a 10 hp Briggs & Stratton 399cc 1-cylinder gasoline engine with an electric starter and 12-volt system. The tractor uses a Peerless belt-driven variator transmission with 4 forward and 1 reverse gear. It has two-wheel drive, manual steering, and an open operator station. The MTD 912 weighs 795 lbs (360 kg) and rides on 16x6.50 front and 23x8.50 rear lawn/turf tires. Optional rear hitch and independent mid PTO with manual clutch are included.
