Panzer lawn tractors

Panzer originated in 1953 with a prototype tractor created by Jim Clark. To manufacture these tractors, the Copar company was established in Maryland. In 1960, Copar was acquired by Virginia Metalcrafters. Two years later, in 1962, the company bought Pennsylvania Lawn Mower, resulting in the integration of the Panzer line with the Pennsylvania brand.
