Simplicity 7012 Landlord

The Simplicity 7012 Landlord is a garden tractor produced from 1978 to 1979 as part of the 7000 Series. It features a 12 hp Kohler K301S 476cc 1-cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine, hydrostatic Peerless transmission with infinite forward and reverse speeds, and two-wheel manual steering. The tractor weighs 1100 lbs (498 kg) and rides on 18-6/8 front and 23-10.5/12 rear lawn/turf tires. It has an open operator station and a sleeve hitch with rear type 0. Electrical system includes a 12-volt battery with 45 AH capacity and 5 amps charging. Attachments available include 42" and 48" mid-mount mower decks, snowblower, and blade.
