The Simplicity Landlord 101 is a garden tractor introduced in 1966 as part of the Landlord Series. It features a 10 hp Briggs & Stratton 392cc 1-cylinder gasoline engine with electric start and a 12-volt battery. The tractor offers transmission options of 3-speed or 6-speed gearboxes, with the 3-speed being shaft-driven and the 6-speed providing an optional High-Low range speed kit. It has a wheelbase of 44.5 inches and weighs 680 lbs. The Landlord 101 includes mid PTO with an independent clutch and mechanical idler pulley.
