The Simplicity Landlord 14 is a garden tractor produced from 1992 to 1993 by Simplicity in Port Washington, Wisconsin, USA. It features a 14 hp Kohler 398cc 1-cylinder gasoline engine, a 6-speed Tuff Torq K210-A belt-driven gear transmission, and two-wheel drive with manual steering.
