Simplicity Landlord 17

The Simplicity Landlord 17 is a garden tractor produced from 1997 to 1998 as part of the Landlord Series. It features a 17 hp Kawasaki FD501V 2-cylinder liquid-cooled V-Twin gasoline engine with a 437 cc displacement. The tractor uses a Hydro Gear 3010L belt-driven hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears. It has a wheelbase of 51.5 inches and weighs 680 lbs. The Landlord 17 includes a mid PTO with an electro-magnetic clutch and is equipped with two-wheel drive and manual steering. Attachments available include a 50" mid-mount mower deck, snowblower, and blade. It was built in Port Washington, Wisconsin, USA, and originally sold for $6,400 in 1997.
