The White 4-150 Field Boss is a four-wheel drive (4WD) tractor produced from 1974 to 1978 by White. It features a Caterpillar 3208 10.4L 8-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine, delivering an estimated 168.9 hp engine power. The tractor has an 18-speed partial powershift Hydraul-Shift transmission with 18 forward and 6 reverse gears.
