The Woods 1855 is a front-mount mower lawn tractor built by Grasshopper and distributed by Woods. It was produced from 1987 to 1988. It features an 18 hp Kohler M18QS 691cc 2-cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine, hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse speeds, two-wheel drive, and power steering. The operator station is open. The tractor has front and rear lawn/turf tires sized 20x10.00-8 and 13x5.00-6 respectively. It includes an independent front PTO with electric clutch.
