The Ariens S-12 is a garden tractor produced from 1973 to 1975. It features a 12 hp Kohler K301S 476cc 1-cylinder gasoline engine with air-cooled horizontal shaft design. The tractor uses a Vickers shaft-driven hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse speeds. It has a two-wheel drive with manual steering and parking pawl brakes.
