The Belarus 400A is a utility tractor produced from 1978 to 1997 by Belarus in Minsk. It features a 4.1L 4-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine producing 57 hp (42.5 kW). The tractor offers 10-speed and 11-speed gear transmissions with dry disc clutches. It has a two-wheel drive with mechanical rear differential lock and power steering.
