The Cub Cadet 3654 is a zero-turn mower from the 3600 Series produced between 1999 and 2000 by Cub Cadet, a part of MTD. It features a 25 horsepower Kohler 2-cylinder gasoline engine with air-cooled vertical-shaft V-Twin design, hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears, and two-wheel drive with power steering.
