Gilson 53045 S-Twin

The Gilson 53045 S-Twin is a 1979 garden tractor from the S Series by Gilson. It features a 16 hp Briggs & Stratton 655cc 2-cylinder gasoline engine with air-cooled horizontal-shaft design. The tractor uses a belt-driven hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears. It has two-wheel drive, manual steering, and an open operator station. Electrical system is 12 volts with negative ground. Optional tractor hitch includes a rear type 0 and sleeve hitch. Attachments available include 42" and 48" mid-mount mower decks, a 42" snowblower, and a 48" blade, both front-mount.
