Gilson 53054 S-Twin

The Gilson 53054 S-Twin is a garden tractor introduced in 1980 as part of the S Series by Gilson. It features an 18 hp Briggs & Stratton 693cc 2-cylinder gasoline engine with air-cooled horizontal-shaft design. The tractor uses a belt-driven hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse speeds in two ranges. It has two-wheel drive, manual steering, and an open operator station. Tires are sized 16x6.50-8 front and 23x9.50-12 rear. Electrical system is 12 volts with negative ground. Optional tractor hitch includes a sleeve hitch. Attachments available include 42" and 48" mid-mount mower decks with hydraulic lift, a 42" front-mount snowblower, and a 48" front-mount blade.
