Gilson 53055 S-Twin

The Gilson 53055 S-Twin is a garden tractor produced from 1980 to 1981 as part of the S Series. It features an 18 hp Briggs & Stratton 693cc 2-cylinder gasoline engine with air-cooled horizontal-shaft design. The tractor uses a belt-driven hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse speeds in 2 ranges. It has two-wheel drive, manual steering, and an open operator station. Optional tractor hitch includes a sleeve hitch. Electrical system is 12 volts with negative ground. Tires are sized 23x10.50x12 at the rear. Attachments available include 42" and 48" mid-mount mower decks with hydraulic lift, a 48" front-mount blade, and a 42" front-mount snow blower.
