The Gravely 450 is a garden tractor introduced in 1970 as part of the 400 Series. It features a 16.5 hp Onan 816cc 2-cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine, a Swiftamatic 8 shaft-driven 4-speed transmission with forward and reverse gears, and two-wheel drive with manual steering. The tractor has an open operator station and weighs 950 lbs (430 kg). It rides on 16x6.50-8 front tires and 23x8.50-12 rear tires. Attachments include 30", 40", and 50" mid-mount mower decks. Electrical system is 12 volts with negative ground. Serial numbers are located ahead of the rear axle on the left side.
