Homelite T-16H

The Homelite T-16H is a garden tractor built by Simplicity and distributed by Homelite (a part of Textron) from 1973 to 1976. It features a 16 hp Briggs & Stratton 531cc 1-cylinder gasoline engine with a shaft-driven hydrostatic transmission offering infinite forward and reverse speeds. The tractor has two-wheel drive, manual steering, drum brakes, and an open operator station. It includes a sleeve hitch and an independent front PTO with an electric clutch. The T-16H rides on 16x6.50-8 front tires and 23x10.50-12 rear tires, with a wheelbase of 48.1 inches and a weight of 900 lbs. Attachments include 42" and 48" mid-mount mower decks. Electrical system is 12 volts with negative ground and a 14 amp charging system. The original price was $1,695 in 1975.
