The John Deere 1247 is a compact utility tractor produced from 2003 to 2004 as part of the 47 Series. Built by Goldini in Italy, it features a Lombardini 1.7L 3-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine producing 37 hp (27.6 kW). The tractor has a 12-speed synchronized transmission with a 228mm mechanical dry disc clutch. It offers four-wheel drive, mechanical rear differential lock, power steering, hydraulic wet disc brakes, and a two-post mid-mount folding ROPS.
