John Deere 1247

The John Deere 1247 is a compact utility tractor produced from 2003 to 2004 as part of the 47 Series. Built by Goldini in Italy, it features a Lombardini 1.7L 3-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine producing 37 hp (27.6 kW). The tractor has a 12-speed synchronized transmission with a 228mm mechanical dry disc clutch. It offers four-wheel drive, mechanical rear differential lock, power steering, hydraulic wet disc brakes, and a two-post mid-mount folding ROPS. The hydraulic system operates at 2176 psi (150.0 bar) with a pump flow of 7.9 gpm (29.9 lpm). The rear hitch is type I/IN with a lift capacity of 2976 lbs (1349 kg) at the ends and 2161 lbs (980 kg) at 24 inches (610 mm). The PTO is independent with 540/1000 RPM options. Electrical system includes a 12-volt battery, alternator charging at 55 amps, and negative ground.
