John Deere 2555

The John Deere 2555 is a utility tractor produced from 1987 to 1992 as part of the 55 Utility Series. It was manufactured in Germany and Mexico. The tractor was available in two versions: a basic model with collar shift transmission, naturally-aspirated engine, 540 RPM PTO, 2WD, and ROPS; and a TSS transmission version with a turbocharged engine, upgraded PTO to 540/1000, optional cab, and four-wheel drive. It features a 3.9L 4-cylinder diesel engine producing 77 hp, multiple transmission options, and various hydraulic and hitch capabilities. Optional loaders and attachments were available for enhanced utility.
