The John Deere 2700 is a utility tractor produced from 1993 to 1998 as part of the 2000 Series. It was built by Zetor in Brno, Czech Republic and distributed by John Deere. The tractor features a Zetor 4.2L turbocharged 4-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine producing 82 hp (61.1 kW) at 2200 rpm. Transmission options include 8-speed and 16-speed gearboxes with cerametallic dry disc clutches. It offers two- or four-wheel drive, power steering, hydraulic wet disc brakes, and an open platform with an optional cab.
