John Deere 4025

The John Deere 4025 was a row-crop tractor produced from 1969 to 1972. It was an export version of the 4020 model, with basic units constructed at Waterloo and shipped to Monterrey, Mexico for final assembly and paint. It features a John Deere 6.6L 6-cylinder diesel engine, producing a claimed 94 hp at the PTO. The tractor offers two transmission options: an 8-speed partially synchronized Syncro-Range with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears, and an 8-speed full power shift with 8 forward and 4 reverse gears. It has a two-wheel drive with an open operator station. The tractor's dimensions include a 97.5 inch wheelbase, 152.75 inch length, and weighs 8555 lbs. It uses various tire sizes for front and rear, and has an independent rear PTO with 540/1000 rpm options. Hydraulics are open center type with one valve, and the rear hitch is type II/I.
