The John Deere 720 is a row-crop tractor produced from 1956 to 1958 as part of the Two-Cylinder 20 Series. It was built in Waterloo, Iowa, USA, and was available in row-crop, standard, or high-crop versions. The tractor came with several engine options including gasoline, all-fuel, LP gas, and diesel 2-cylinder engines. It features a 6-speed unsynchronized transmission, two-wheel drive, manual or optional power steering, and a live 540 RPM PTO.
