John Deere 7225J

The John Deere 7225J is a row-crop tractor produced since 2010 as part of the 7J Series. It is built in Montenegro and Brazil. It features a 6.8L 6-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engine producing 225 hp (167.8 kW) with electronic common rail fuel injection. The tractor offers a 16-speed partial power shift transmission with hydraulic wet disc clutch and power shuttle. It has four-wheel drive, electro-hydraulic differential lock, hydrostatic power steering, and hydraulic wet disc brakes with optional air trailer brakes. The hydraulic system is closed center with up to 4 valves and pump flow options of 32 or 46 gpm. The rear hitch has electronic lower-link sensing and a lift capacity up to 23,020 lbs.
