Minneapolis-Moline 5 Star

The Minneapolis-Moline 5 Star was produced from 1957 to 1960 by Minneapolis-Moline in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. It was available in several variants including Universal U (tricycle-front), Universal N (single front wheel), Universal E (adjustable wide-front), Standard C1S (standard-front), and Industrial C1W (industrial). The tractor featured engine options of 4.6L 4-cylinder gasoline, 5.5L 4-cylinder diesel, and 4.6L 4-cylinder LP-gas engines. It had a 10-speed partial power shift Ampli-Torc transmission with 10 forward and 2 reverse gears. The tractor delivered a claimed drawbar power of 40 hp and PTO power of 57 hp, with tested drawbar power of 49.62 hp and PTO power of 54.96 hp.
