Simplicity Regent 22/38

The Simplicity Regent 22/38 is a lawn tractor produced from 2015 onward by Simplicity, a part of Briggs & Stratton. It features a 22 hp Briggs & Stratton 724cc 2-cylinder gasoline engine, hydrostatic transmission, and two-wheel drive. The tractor includes an open operator station with optional soft-side weather cab, disc brakes, and manual steering. It has a 3.5 gallon fuel tank and electric start. The tractor is equipped with a front independent PTO with electric clutch. Dimensions are 71 inches long, 50 inches wide, and 45 inches high, with 15x6 front tires and 22x10 rear tires. Attachments include a 38" mid-mount mower deck, snowblower, and blade. The mower deck has a 38 inch cutting width with infinite cut positions and manual lift.
