Steiger Panther III ST-310

The Steiger Panther III ST-310 is a four-wheel drive (4WD) tractor produced by Steiger from 1976 to 1983 as part of the III Series. It was built in Fargo, North Dakota, USA, and originally priced at $98,700 in 1983. This articulated tractor features a Cummins NTA-855C turbocharged aftercooled 6-cylinder diesel engine with 310 hp (231.2 kW) output. It offers 10-speed and 20-speed transmission options with hydraulic dry disc clutches. The tractor includes a Safari Cab with heat and air-conditioning, articulated power steering, hydraulic disc brakes, and outboard planetary final drives. It has a wheelbase of 128 inches (325 cm), length of 252 inches (640 cm), and weighs 26,700 lbs (12,111 kg) shipping weight. The Panther III ST-310 is equipped with 23.1-34 agricultural tires front and rear, a 267-gallon fuel tank, and a 33-gallon hydraulic system.
