The Toro 216 is a lawn tractor built in 1990 by Toro in South Bend, Indiana, USA. It is powered by a 16 hp (11.9 kW) Briggs & Stratton 655cc 2-cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine. The tractor features a Peerless 833 belt-driven gear transmission with 5 forward and 1 reverse gears. It has two-wheel drive and manual steering with an open operator station. The front PTO is independent and manually clutched. Electrical system is 12 volts with negative ground. Attachments include 36" and 42" mid-mount mower decks. The Toro 216 is the same model as the Wheel Horse 216-5.
