The White Z-180 is a zero-turn mower introduced in 1998 by White, a part of MTD. It features an 18 hp air-cooled Briggs & Stratton gasoline engine with a 5.5 gallon fuel tank. The mower uses a hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears, two-wheel drive, and power steering. It has an open operator station and a mid-mounted 48 inch mower deck. The PTO is mid-mounted, independent, and uses an electric clutch. Electrical system is 12 volts with negative ground.
