It was based on the Best Sixty model and featured a 4-cylinder liquid-cooled gasoline engine with 18.5 L displacement. The tractor had a 3-speed gear transmission and was designed with a crawler drive and an open operator station. It was manufactured in San Leandro, California and Peoria, Illinois, USA. The original price was $4,000 in 1931. The Sixty delivered 40 hp drawbar power and 73 hp belt power, with a tested belt power of 73 hp.
