Challenger MT255

The Challenger MT255 is a compact utility tractor built by Iseki and distributed by Challenger (a part of AGCO) from 2003 to 2005. It belongs to the MT200 Series and was built in Matsuyama, Japan. It features a 1.5L 3-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine producing 28.4 hp gross, with a 9-speed constant mesh transmission. The tractor includes four-wheel drive, mechanical rear differential lock, power steering, wet disc brakes, and a two-post fixed ROPS. It has an open center hydraulic system with 2130 psi pressure and a 7.4 gpm pump flow. The rear hitch is type I with position control and optional draft control, capable of lifting up to 1,984 lbs at the ends. The PTO is live with a dry disc clutch and offers a 540 rpm rear PTO and optional 2000 rpm mid PTO.
